“Courage doesn’t always roar, sometimes it’s the quiet voice at the end of the day whispering ‘I will try again tomorrow’.”

-Mary Anne Radmacher

It takes courage to reach out for support and connection. Therapy can be a great resource as a safe, confidential, judgement-free space to share your thoughts and experiences. We often don’t realize how much we try to carry on our own, but you don’t have to go through it alone. No matter what you have gone through or are currently facing, you deserve healing.

At Gia Family Counseling, I am certified and specialize in perinatal mental health and provide support and guidance surrounding pregnancy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum health, and the transition to parenthood. I also provide counseling for general stress, anxiety, depressed mood, family and relationship issues, life transitions, cultural identity issues, parenting/co-parenting, infant mental health, and attachment/bonding.

When choosing a therapist, it’s important to find the right fit for your needs. I provide services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families through all life stages. I want you to feel heard and supported through life’s challenges. My goal is to help you find strategies to cope, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and strengthen your support system in order to live a more balanced life. Together, we can get there.
